States, territories, or tribes interested in cross-state conversations on statewide implementation, sustainability, and scale-up of the Pyramid Model.
Entities will identify two members of their leadership team/workgroup interested in participating.

NCPMI is seeking teams of state leaders interested in cross-state conversations on statewide implementation, sustainability, and scale-up of the Pyramid Model. This State Leader Collaborative (SLC) will meet quarterly, virtually for 90 minutes in large and small group discussions on a particular topic of interest to the group. State resources, examples, and strategies will be shared among states.
Please provide the names of two members of your state leadership team (SLT) or SLT workgroup members interested in participating. We are asking for this to affirm your SLT’s interest and commitment to participate. However, for each meeting, we will send out a registration link to the two names provided. Your state will be allowed to send up to three participants (the two you identify or others who might be interested in the call topic) to any of these meetings.
