Sarah Basler, MA, is an Educational Consultant for Vanderbilt University and is a practitioner coach using Practice-Based Coaching (PBC). In addition to coaching practitioners, she also supports other coaches to use PBC. Sarah provides training and technical assistance to programs implementing Pyramid Model and PBC. Sarah supports resource development and training on PBC and Pyramid Model for the National Center on Early Childhood Development Teaching, and Learning (NCECDTL). She is also a co-host of the Coaching Corner webinar series for NCECDTL. Sarah’s experiences as an early childhood teacher, preschool director, coach, and now parent have helped to shape her perspective of the importance of social emotional development and learning.

Kelli Flower is a Social Emotional Learning Coach with Metro Nashville Public Schools. She uses Practice Based Coaching to help Pre-K through 1st grade teachers implement Pyramid Model practices in their classrooms. In addition to bi-weekly coaching sessions, she provides professional development surrounding SEL practices for the school district. She has had experience teaching internationally for the China University of Geosciences, teaching preschool at a private school in Nashville, and teaching Pre-K- 1st grade for MNPS and Dickson County Schools.
