Description

The objective of this free, 3-hour, online workshop for State Leadership Team members is to support the development of a written scale-up and sustainability plan for statewide implementation of the Pyramid Model addressing all four essential structures:

  1. State Leadership Team
  2. Professional Development Network of Program Implementation Coaches
  3. Implementation and Demonstration Sites
  4. Data and Evaluation

The first half hour of the workshop will give context and rationale for sustaining and scaling the Pyramid Model as well as provide descriptions of the National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations (NCPMI) tools and resources related to statewide scale-up and sustainability of including a template for a scale-up and sustainability plan.

The second two and half hours will provide small group breakout sessions with NCPMI and Pyramid Model Consortium (PMC) staff and consultants for practice with and discussion of each tool and resource.
